The villa is just 500m walking distance from the charming local village of Katouna, where you will find two tavernas, a café and a mini market, and nearby Ligia (2.5km down the mountain) is home to bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants by the sea. There are lots of gorgeous beaches to explore, not least the one at Ligia, and Lefkada, the main island town and the gateway to the island, is a mere 6km away. It’s impossible not to relax here.

Lefkada may be an island but it is actually just a 50 metre bridge crossing from mainland Greece so it is extremely easy to access.

Interior Details
The villa covers 180sqm and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. On the ground floor of the villa is a self contained apartment which can sleep up to four people (one queen bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room). The main villa has an open plan kitchen/sitting room is light and extremely well-equipped with everything from a fireplace to a coffee machine, and mod cons like WiFi and a TV are included.
Exterior Details
Outside the living area there is a large veranda with dining furniture and exceptional views over olive groves towards the sea. On the lower level you will find the swimming pool, surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas.
Conditions of Rental
Deposit required on booking. Rates are for up to 8 people and there is a charge of euro 25 per extra person per night up to 12 people maximum. Within the large grounds but separated by plenty of space and a fence/olive trees there is a second villa also available to rent.
