Villa Bellis in the heart of Gorski Kotar is well situated for exploring the beautiful natural surroundings. There are numerous walking trails in the Risnjak and Bjelolasica mountains, and viewpoints with spectacular views into canyons and caves. Go rafting or fishing on the magical rivers of Kupa or Dobra, and wander through dense forests to visit beautiful lakes. Risnjak National Park is known for its exceptional biodiversity and beautiful mountain landscapes. The Kamacnik Canyon, surrounded by steep cliffs and lush vegetation will take your breath away. There are nearby caves where you can explore impressive stalactites and stalagmites, or perhaps visit the popular ice rink in the nearby town of Delnice, a favourite winter destination for locals and visitors alike.

Interior Details
Villa Bellis has three bedrooms & three bathrooms and can sleep up to eight people. Bedroom one has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the vast meadows of Gorski Kotar. This bedroom also has a private terrace. Bedroom two has an en suite bathroom and a cot / rollaway bed on request. Bedroom three has an en suite bathroom and access to the covered terrace. The house has an exclusive SPA zone - an infrared sauna and a jacuzzi which look out through a large glass wall to the landscape beyond. The spacious living room and open plan kitchen / dining area is well equipped with all the modern conveniences and again, has a large glass wall which provides plenty of natural light and beautiful views. There is a beamed attic room perfect for relaxation and entertainment, with a TV and games console. Wifi throughout.
Exterior Details
The house has a private outdoor terrace with BBQ, table and chairs. You’re surrounded by greenery and spruce trees and the terrace is a great location for enjoying the peace and quiet and the beautiful landscape of Gorski Kotar. Parking for up to three cars.
