Enjoy scenic walks along the River Waveney, teeming with wildlife, or visit RSPB Minsmere (25 miles) for bird spotting. Norwich, with its famous cathedral, is less than 20 miles away, and the stunning waterways of the Norfolk Broads can be explored by hiring a boat for the day in St Olaves (4.5 miles). The Africa Alive Zoological Reserve in Kessingland (11 miles) is a must-visit for wild animal enthusiasts.
