This gorgeous three bedroom property in the Algarve is set in 14 acres of rolling countryside with two small lakes. The house and pool have panoramic views of the mountains. Although wonderfully secluded, it's just 10 minutes from the shops, 30 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from Faro airport. Your nearest neighbours are about 1km away. Although very secluded it is within 35 minutes transfer of Faro Airport, 15 minutes from Albufeira, 10 minutes' drive from shops and restaurants and 10 - 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful villages in the Algarve. Alte (approx 20 minutes away) is probably one of the most picturesque villages in central Algarve countryside. There is no sense of time while you stroll around the backstreets of the village. The views are breathtaking. São Marcos de Serra is typical white-washed village. Silves is the old capital of the Algarve and is a real favourite. Its sits at the foot of the Monchique mountains.
The area is great for walking, and sightseeing; on the edge of the Serra Do Caldeirão and next to Serra Do Monchique you get a real feeling of being part of Portugal. Dotted around are some great value Portuguese restaurants with authentic food. Just a 25 minute drive away is Gale beach, one of the longest and quietest beaches in the Algarve. The Algarve has a great rugged cost with many grottos. There are numerous golf courses if you fancy a hole or two.

Interior Details
The property is spacious and furnished in a charming way. As you enter the property there is an "inner" hallway which has a seating area and a cloakroom. To the right is a living area which has seating for 6 and a wood burning stove. Within the spacious living area is a dining area with a table to seat up to six people. There is a well equipped kitchen. There is a utility room with a washing machine and sink. In the centre of the house there is a small open courtyard with windows and doors to the lounge and hallway, giving a light airy feeling. To the left of the inner hallway are the bedrooms, an airy double bedroom has an en suite shower room with a toilet and basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and en suite bath/shower room. The third bedroom is a double with an ensuite bathroom.

The property has numerous seating areas outside, both suntraps and shady areas. There is a table with 6 chairs, sunbeds and a BBQ. There is ample parking. There is a private swimming pool. The property has its own eco-friendly power supply and water supply.
