A charming and romantic cottage in the centre of the market town of Stow on the Wold in the heart of the Cotswolds. Dog friendly, with a private garden, it’s perfectly placed for exploring the largest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the whole of England and Wales.
Well off the beaten track, half a mile from the main road, Ryeland Loft is a new building located on a farm in rural Worcestershire. Looking out over rolling hills and far reaching views over primarily unspoilt farmland, you can enjoy the tranquility of a true countryside setting, interrupted only by the sounds of our flock of pedigree Ryeland sheep and horses. A walker's paradise, venture out along public footpaths from the doorstep and connect with miles of routes across the county. Cyclists also enjoy the area's quieter roads and challenging terrain.

Interior Details:
The cottage has been beautifully restored to give a contemporary feel whilst retaining many of its period features. Downstairs is a cosy sitting room with a comfy sofa where you can curl up with a good book or watch a film. The kitchen is to the side and is well equipped with the usual appliances plus microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There’s a dining table for two sitting under the window looking out into the garden. Stairs from the living room lead up to the bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. There’s an iron framed double bed, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Gas fired central heating throughout.
Exterior Details:
The cottage has a pretty and enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn with a table and chairs. The cottage comes with its own parking space in the private courtyard just outside the gate. The tower of St Edward's Church rises behind the garden and is well worth visiting to see its North/West door, framed by two ancient yew trees.
Conditions:
Minimum stay 3 nights. Friday changeover day (flexibility in the quieter months). One well behaved dog is welcome for a small additional fee (please do not leave your dog unattended in the cottage). Please note that the bedroom is accessed via a steep open staircase so the cottage is not suitable for those with mobility limitations.
