Inspired by culture, nature and travel, the Hunza Ecolodge is the perfect place to enjoy stunning scenery, mouth-watering home-cooked food and the lush green beauty and tranquillity of Southern Hungary. The accommodation is cosy and comfortable, built with a blend of local natural materials and modern conveniences. Each morning a fresh and delicious organic breakfast can be ordered to your door, and twice a week the hosts lay on home cooked dinners. And all around you there are hiking trails, lush forests and swimming lakes. This is ecotourism as you’ve never seen it before.
The ecolodge is located at the border of a forest, in the little village of Bodolyabér in Southern Hungary. Nearby you can visit the city of Pécs, the medicinal thermal baths and the numerous sites of Roman, Ottoman and Austrian-Hungarian heritage. Alternatively, the Mecsek hills, Zselic slopes and the riverbanks of the Danube and Dráva provide abundant flora, fauna and outdoor pursuits. The region of Baranya is truly stunning all year round.
