Villa La Palmitas is the ideal holiday villa for all the family. Adults can enjoy the contemporary décor, the beautiful gardens, the hot tub and the gorgeous views, and children will adore the games room, the swimming pool and all the many activities on offer nearby. The setting is lovely and peaceful so you can really relax and unwind, and yet just a few minutes from your door are a marina full of super yachts, a rocky cove for bathing in, a selection of waterfront shops and restaurants, and the main resort where you will find beaches and nightlife. There’s something to keep everyone happy!
Less than 5 minutes from the villa you will find the prestigious marina at Puerto Calero, where super yachts moor and designer restaurants and excellent restaurants abound. A path from the villa leads to a rocky cove where you can access the sea by ladders, and a few minutes’ drive away is the resort of Puerto del Carmen, a haven of golden beaches, fish restaurants and bustling nightlife. Further afield the Rancho Texas Park is a fantastic attraction for all the family and the wine region of La Geria is waiting to be explored. Or you could take a day trip to the tiny but beautiful island of La Graciosa, the Timanfaya National Park, and the various Centres of Art, Culture and Tourism around the island.
Getting There:
The villa is located between the luxurious Puerto Calero marina and the busy resort of Puerto del Carmen. It is just a short drive or a 20 minute walk to either location. The nearest airport, Arrecife, is 20km away and there is a ferry terminal 15km away. A car is essential. Flights to Lanzarote are available with Monarch, Thomson, Thomas Cook, Easyjet, Jet2com and Ryanair.

Interior Details
The villa has a bright and airy feel throughout, with a spacious living/dining room that seats 8 and a full fitted kitchen. There are four lovely bedrooms – one master with en-suite, dressing area and doors onto the terrace, a double and twin which share a family bathroom, and a further en-suite double with patio doors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and sea views. There is also a games room which is well equipped with a table tennis table, a TV and DVD player, an iPod dock and a selection of board games.
Exterior Details
Outside the villa there is a covered terrace with a hot tub, a BBQ and teak dining furniture. The terrace overlooks a 10mx5m solar-heated swimming pool with a walled children’s pool at one end, and all around you are 8,000m2 of gardens full of mature palm trees.
Conditions of Rental
A deposit of 30% is required and the balance is due at least 8 weeks before your holiday is due to commence. Arrival time is 4pm and departure is 10am.
