If you’re looking for a beach location without leaving the amenities and eateries of the city then this is the ideal spot. Inside, the apartment is light, airy and stylish – the perfect antidote to a day of sunbathing, water sports and exploring. And on your doorstep there is a wealth of attractions, from the seafront promenade and the array of shops and beach bars to the many activities available on the water and around the island. The apartment is located on Playa Reducto, the main beach in Arrecife. This golden sand beach is usually quiet and therefore perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, but you can also enjoy snorkelling, swimming and a variety of water sports. Arrecife is a cosmopolitan city offering bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and shops galore, not to mention local markets and lovely little walkways along the seafront. And a little further afield you will find the resorts of Puerto Del Carmen and Costa Teguise and the incredible markets at La Villa de Teguise (20 minutes away). The tiny but beautiful island of La Graciosa is definitely worth a day trip, as is the volcanic landscape of Timanfaya National Park, and don’t forget the various Centres of Art, Culture and Tourism around the island.
Getting There:
The nearest airport is Arrecife, just 5km away and there is also a ferry terminal here. There is a bus station a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and transfers from the airport are included anyway. A car is not essential but it is useful if you want to explore the rest of the island. Flights to Lanzarote are available with Monarch, Thomson, Thomas Cook, Easyjet, Jet2com and Ryanair. Interior Details
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard, with floor to ceiling windows that let in the light and the exceptional views over the beach and bay. In the lounge there is a seating area for six, the lounge opens onto the dining area and there is also a well-equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms altogether – the spacious master suite has a king size four poster bed, a sofa area and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, there are two further twin/double rooms and there is another shower modern bathroom. There is a fibre optic WiFi internet connection throughout.

The dining area leads out onto a covered terrace which boasts spectacular views.
Conditions of Rental
A deposit of 30% is required and the balance is due at least 1 month before your holiday is due to commence. Arrival time is 4pm and departure is 10am. A basic welcome pack is included. Air-conditioning is optional.
