This traditional stone built house nestles in the foothills of rural Cyprus, surrounded by peace and tranquility, but is just a short drive from beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants. With a private pool, and wonderful views, you may decide however that you never want to leave the villa!

The town of Polis is 15 minutes away by car. Here you can replenish your provisions from many supermarkets and will discover a plethora of tavernas and restaurants. Water sports are available on the many nearby beaches. You can enjoy some swimming an sunbathing down on the coast, or you can escape the madding crowds and explore the nearby small villages, try traditional Cypriot food and pass the time with farmers and orchard growers.

Interior Details
The downstairs comprises of a hall, well equipped kitchen, living/dining room with working fireplace leading to outside terrace with pergola, bedroom with large stone integral double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs boasts one twin and one single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and master bedroom with large stone integral double bed, leading to the roof terrace with pergola. All bedrooms are furnished with hand built wardrobes and the house has central heating. Three of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Exterior Details
There is a private swimming pool as well as a garden with olive, carob and fruit trees. There is a garage attached to the house.
Conditions of Rental
A welcome grocery pack is provided. A security deposit will be required. For couples or a small number of visitors the prices quoted can be adjusted.
