Cloakroom with WC and basin. Open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and seating area with a woodburning stove. There is electric central heating. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is a utility cupboard with washing machine, tumble dryer. For entertainment, there is WiFi and a second Smart TV. Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for a wood-burning stove are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is a highchair, a travel cot, and a stairgate available. There's plenty of off-road parking. Private fenced-in garden with gravel, furniture, and a grill. One small, well-behaved doge is permitted (no bigger than a cocker spaniel). Sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 2.5 miles away, and the nearest pub is 0.3 miles away. Please keep in mind that check-in begins at 5p.m. and ends at 10a.m. Please bring your own bed linen if you are using the travel cot. Dogs are not permitted upstairs and will be charged £25 per week.
