Less than 300 metres from the sea within a spectacular natural landscape in Galicia, Spain, is Razo beach House, a charming and authentic home where you can enjoy peace, privacy and long walks on deserted beaches.
The house is situated in the protected landscape of Razo-Baldaio, a little explored stretch of Galicia which is characterised by mountains, cliffs, beaches, dunes, marshes and lagoons. The surroundings are magical and the house itself is wonderfully soulful – lovingly restored and filled with antique pieces and spaces that bring the outside in. Around the house you can go surfing, horse riding and walking on the beach, and the Ruta dos Pinos do Mar coastal path runs just 300 metres from the house, taking you from Caion to Malpica. Just 10 minutes from the house is Carballo, the capital of the region and home to plenty of amenities from shops and restaurants to swimming pools, cinemas, a thermal spa, a medical centre and a vibrant market. And a little further afield you will find the villages of the Rias Baixas and Rias Altas, the stunning metropolis of A Coruna (30 minutes away) and the World Heritage city of Santiago de Compostela (50 minutes).
Getting There:
The main airport is Santiago de Compostela at 45 minute drive away. There are direct flights from Stansted or to La Coruña at 30 minutes from Heathrow/Gatwick. Also fly to Vigo or Porto.

Interior Details
The house has five bedrooms – four doubles and one twin – and three bathrooms. There are also two well equipped kitchens (one interior and one exterior), a spacious living room with a fireplace and a utility room. One bedroom and two bathrooms are on the ground floor so they are accessible for disabled or less able guests.
Exterior Details
Outside there are two balconies, three porches and a terrace. There is also a private 1,500m2 walled garden and a BBQ for al fresco cooking. From the balconies you can see the mountains, the other houses in the village and the sea on the horizon.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, please enquire for details. Breakfast, catering and airport transfers are available on request. Linen, towels and weekly cleaning are included. Prices stated are based on 10 guests staying. Maid service once a week (included).
