The apartment is light, airy and extremely well-equipped, outside you can read and relax on your private terrace or down by the communal swimming pool, and a short stroll will take you to the sands, sea and amenities of the Costa Teguise resort. With its year-round warm climate and beautiful landscapes, Lanzarote is a no-brainer of a getaway.
The complex is right next to Las Cucharas beach, one of the best family beaches on the island, and here you will find a promenade with a great choice of bars and restaurants, sun loungers and shades to rent and a good selection of sports facilities for activities like wind surfing and sea kayaking. The historic village of Teguise is 15 minutes away by car (the Sunday market is well worth a visit) and other nearby attractions include a water park, the house of famous local artist Cesar Manrique, the Cactus Garden, the Mirador del Rio, the Green Caves and an 18-hole golf course.
Getting There:
Due to the apartment’s central location a hire car is not required, and you will find both a bus stop and a taxi rank within walking distance. If you do want to hire a car there is plenty of free parking nearby. We can arrange private transfers to collect you at Arrecife Airport and return you to the airport on your departure day (additional cost).

The apartment is set on the first floor, with two pool-view bedrooms (a double and a twin), one shower room, a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the bay, and an open-plan dining/living area with a flat screen TV, Netflix and a sofa bed. WiFi is included and a complimentary welcome pack complete with a chilled bottle of cava, water, milk, wine, coffee and tea will await your arrival.
Exterior Details:
The apartment has its own private south-facing sun terrace and guests have access to the large communal swimming pool area surrounded by mature tropical palms.
Conditions of Rental:
Extras like grocery boxes, catered meals, beach towel hire, walking tours and massages can be arranged. There is a surcharge of €80 for booking less than 7 nights. The price per night is based on up to 2 guests.
