One-Off Feature

Glorious Greek accommodation with wonderful views of the Aegean Sea - the boutique boat shack is a romantic retreat for two in a secluded position amongst olive groves and vineyards on the Greek island of Paros.  The accommodation is truly unique and has been built incorporating a wooden fishing boat and a cabin.

General Info

The boutique boat shack is amongst ancient vineyards and lush olive groves, where often the only sound is the distant tinkle of goat bells.  You’ll have spectacular views over the Aegean sea and on a clear day can see up to nine other islands.  It’s an ideal setting for a peaceful and slow paced holiday.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

Your nearest beach is just 4 minutes away by car in Aliki, a pretty little fishing port with a sandy beach and a good selection of cafes and restaurants.  The boat shack is well placed for exploring the beautiful island of Paros.  Paros is in the middle of the Cycladic islands - popular for their beautiful sandy beaches and sparkling seas.  Paros has a great choice of beaches, some which are busy with swimmings and surfers, and others which are virtually deserted.  Aside from sea and sunshine, Paros also has wonderful food and wine, as well as lots of history and culture to explore.  And of course, you are well placed to visit other islands - the islands of Antiparos, Naxos, Mykonos, and Tinos in particular are only a short boat ride away and can easily be seen in a day trip.

Getting There & Local Amenities

Getting There:

Visitors can reach Paros by sea (3½ hrs by high speed ferry from Piraeus port near Athens or much shorter from other Cycladic islands) or air (25 min flight from Athens). Because of the location of the boatshack, it is necessary to rent a car.
