One-Off Feature

A short stroll from Port Isaac harbour, this contemporary coastal house is perfectly located for exploring the delights of the North Cornish coast.  Dog friendly, family friendly, with beautiful interiors, sea views, and a garden with a private sauna.

General Info

Brennik House is a short stroll from the centre of Port Isaac.  It sits above the pretty fishing village in its own garden with private parking, and is a stone’s throw from the village shops and cafes.  Port Isaac is the location for the TV series Doc Martin, and the Fisherman’s Friends movie - and with good reason - it’s a supremely charming village in a picturesque coastal setting, with winding narrow streets and easy access to the South West Coast Path.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

This glorious holiday house in Port Isaac is a great base for exploring North Cornwall.  The popular surfing beach of Polzeath is a 15 minute drive, and the estuary village of Rock is a 20 minute drive.  From Rock you can do a range of watersports, or take a ferry across to the harbour town of Padstow, the beginning of the well known Camel Trail, an 18-mile old railway line turned bike path through woods and alongside Camel Estuary.  Head to the coastal hamlet of nearby Port Gaverne, try some coasteering, kayaking or paddleboarding, take a wildlife boat trip, or hike the South West Coast Path, and enjoy some of the most scenic parts of the UK coastline.  The whole area is bursting with excellent pubs and restaurants, some of which are walking distance from the house.  For the foodies, there are two restaurants nearby which are run by celebrity chef Nathan Outlaw.
