A romantic 16th century townhouse for two in an ancient quarter of Vittoriosa in Malta. The interior of the house simply oozes romance, whilst you have a marina, shops, cafes and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk of the house. Wander through winding lanes, and stop by the waterfront for a coffee or glass of wine. Decadence.
The house is in the old Collacchio quarter of Vittoriosa, just a 10 minute boat journey from the city of Valletta. Vittioriosa is an area once reserved for the Knights. In modern times the well to do still moor their boats in the marina. Indulgence Divine is a superb base from which to explore the rich history of the archipelago where you can feel at the centre of local life in the heart of this beautiful area.
Vittoriosa is simply oozing history, and although the second world war destroyed some parts of the city, the blueprint remains unchanged with palaces and churches dating from the time of the Order’s arrival, to their post siege move to Valletta. Vittoriosa appeals to people interested in history, cafes, restaurants, wine bars, and the local way of life. It’s a pleasant 10 minute ferry journey from the capital city of Valletta, making it an ideal place to discover the island from. From your accommodation, there are markets, shops, cafes and restaurants all within a short walk.
Getting There:
Collection from the airport and transfer to Indulgence Divine is included at the start of your stay (if you are not arriving by air, we can not do the transfer, but will meet you at the property). On your return, you can take a taxi to the airport which takes about 20 minutes (and costs about €20).

Interior Details
The house sleeps two people in one romantic en suite king bedroom. The bedroom itself was once the private chapel of the house. There’s an antique Indian batik scene which hangs to the side of the Art Nouveau bed which is dressed in high quality Egyptian cotton linen. The ensuite has a double shower decorated in glass mosaic. The dining room has a turquoise Murano chandelier, a marble table, and silk curtains. There is a separate kitchen which is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer - should you wish to use it! On the mezzanine level is the living space; two large glass apertures fill the area with light, and original artwork hangs on the pristine white walls. There is a 32`` flat screen digital TV and a library of books. Wifi throughout.
Exterior Details
There’s a private and peaceful roof terrace which is perfect for a morning coffee, an early evening aperitif, or a late night drink under the stars.
