Villa is Super Clean and Extremely Well Maintained.
I had the good fortune of staying at this beautiful Villa for 10 weeks. The Villa is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The location is perfect for site seeing as it is close to the major highways to get to so many amazing places within an hour. The beach is just a few minutes up the road with some great restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. I cannot say enough about the hosts, Nigel and Beverly, they have thought of everything and have provided a wealth of information to make you feel right at home and ready to explore. Nigel is quick to respond if you have a question or to offer some great advice on where to visit. The Villa is super clean and extremely well maintained.

Perfect for our vacation!
We stayed here for a week in October 2024 and found the villa perfect for our vacation. Three double bedrooms with en suite’s, great sized lounge, kitchen and dining area. Externally there is a solar heated pool with loungers, a place to dine and secure car parking. Everything was very clean and the villa which looks like a recent build had been finished and furnished to a very high standard. The location is an up and coming place in Portugal. There’s a beach a five minute drive away, a local cafe and restaurant. We are looking forward to visiting again - highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

We stayed in the villa for 1 week. The house is very modern and has everything you could need. The interior is very nice and the house has a lot of space. All technical things are perfectly described (electric garden gate, pool cover, etc.)
The sea in this area is amazing. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes on a beautiful path. Here you will find few people and huge waves - just a dream

Had a great vacation here everything you could wish for. Super clean and modern. Excellent wifi, warm pool, great walks and Sao Maritnho is an incredible location with an amazing choice of very good affordable restaurants, sorry we had to leave!
