SheBuilds: Women's DIY Weekend

A retreat that is geared towards empowering women in the power of DIY for home-makers, whether you own or rent. We have invited our very handy chum Fred, an artisan cabinet maker, to show and share the tips and tricks of simple DIY and Home Plumbing. So you will learn how to put up shelves and curtain poles, plus fitting basic home plumbing like fitting a tap, bleeding a radiator plus more essential life skills when you are a home maker.

Mothers and Daughters: Blossom, Connect & Glow

A retreat that is geared towards empowering mothers to reclaim time with their teenage daughters across a weekend of pampering, mindfulness techniques, yoga and and learning a new way of creating natural beauty products for your skin. This retreat is hosted by our friends Georgie from Healing Spirits and natural beauty coach Naomi who have curated a very special range of workshops including creating your own natural skin care products to enhance your natural beauty, taking the time to explore yoga as a beginner plus more moments to continue to develop your strong bond between mother and teenage daughter.

Westbrook Court is located in the stunning Golden Valley, just outside of bucolic Hay on Wye in Herefordshire.  The property, which has amazing views across the Valley, is only about 3 hours drive from West London, 90 mins from Bristol and Bath or Cheltenham and Cardiff/Newport. The nearest train stations are Hereford or Abergavenny and there are taxi services bookable in advance to get to and from the property and station.

All our 3 day, 2 night retreats include multiple daily workshops, boutique shared or private accommodation in various configurations, breakfast, lunch and suppers in the communal dining hall, along with daily afternoon tea plus plenty of time to relax and take stock in the great outdoors with full use of all our facilities such as hot tub, stargazing at the firepit or cosy up inside the farmhouse with several guest lounges to spread out or come together.   

Prices start at £595 up to £795 depending on room size and your chosen course.
