Location and Surroundings
Completed in 2023, this thoughtfully designed home maximizes the vistas across Loch Barraglom to the Uig Hills and the Atlantic Ocean. Located in the village of Kirkibost on the island of Bernera,just a short bridge away from the Isle of Lewis. The main town of Stornoway is a 35-minute drive away. Heaven for lovers of the great outdoors, you’ll find pristine white sand beaches, turquoise waters and dramatic landscapes. Nature enthusiasts will love exploring the area, home to golden eagles, otters, and a wide variety of seabirds.
Accommodation
The house comfortably sleeps six guests (plus two dogs) in three bedrooms:
Main Bedroom: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: King-size bed, views of Loch Barraglom.
Third Bedroom: Twin beds, also with Loch Barraglom views.
A shared family bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has a dining table that seats eight. The living room has a sofa, armchairs, a chaise longue, and a huge picture window framing the stunning views. Additional amenities include a large TV with Sky Sports, a BOSE sound system, games, and a reading nook stocked with books. The property is equipped with superfast fibre broadband.
Outside you can enjoy the serene surroundings from the picnic table and bench overlooking Loch Barraglom. There’s parking available for up to three vehicles.
