Part of a 300 year old former farmhouse in Lanzarote, Finca Botanico is a stylish yet comfortable bolthole where two people can enjoy tropical gardens, tranquil surroundings and the many delights of an authentic Canarian coastal village.
Finca Botanico has been beautifully renovated and it now provides a peaceful and private little den from which to explore the villages, beaches and attractions of the North of the island. The interiors are decorated to a high standard with all the mod cons, the pretty and totally private tropical gardens allow you to enjoy a real sense of outdoor living and the village of Guatiza retains a rural and unspoiled character which is hard to beat. This is a chic retreat in a delightful sunny location.
The village of Guatiza is small and traditional but it is still home to a supermarket, a cash point, bars and restaurants, and the larger facilities of Costa Teguise and Arrecife are within easy reach. The finca is surrounded by picturesque farming fields but just 5 minutes away is the beautiful beach at Arrieta and you are also just a few minutes’ stroll from Cesar Manrique`s famous cactus garden.

The village of Guatiza is located on the North East coast of the island of Lanzarote. The island's only airport is located in Arrecife which is a short drive away.

Interior Details
The finca has one bedroom with a large bed and lovely views as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a wood burning stove. It is fitted with high-speed fibre optic broadband, as well as a Smart TV and full IPTV system, allowing guests to watch their favourite TV shows, live sport and the latest movies.
Exterior Details
The property has a private garden which is packed with mature tropical plants that connect you to the countryside. The garden is divided into different chill out areas and there’s plenty of comfortable seating as well as an outdoor shower, along with a BBQ and outdoor dining area.
Conditions of Rental
Minimum stay is 4 nights all year round. Not suitable for children. No pets, but smoking is permitted (outdoors only).
