One-Off Feature

These three 19th century stone cottages are oozing character, and are a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire beaches and countryside. Use the cottage as a cosy winter retreat and snuggle up by the woodburner, or spend a summertime exploring the local area.  Two of the cottages each have two bedrooms, and the smaller cottage has one bedroom.  Book individually, or for larger groups book all three!

General Info

The three individually styled stone cottages are grouped around a central courtyard with stunning views over the valley, each have their own private patio with bistro table and chairs scented by aromatic flowers and herbs. All guests have the use of a large paddock with a children's play area, picnic benches and BBQs. Surrounded by gentle hills and lush farmland but close to beaches, shops and attractions makes Newhouse Farm the perfect holiday location.

The Duck House is on one level and has two bedrooms, one double and one with two small single beds, as well as a sofa bed (small double) in the sitting room. There is also a wood burning stove and a stunning view across the valley from the sitting room. The Old Stable is ideal for a couple (one double bed). The original oak A-frame beams date back 200 years. There is a log burner in the sitting room.

Exterior Details
Each of the cottages has a private patio with its own BBQ, surrounded by plants, where you can relax at a bistro table and chairs and sip your favourite tipple while watching the sun set. There is a field with picnic tables for summer evenings and ample room for children to play which is shared between all three cottages.

Further Details
The proprietors of Newhouse Farm are Paul and Cheryl Howard who fell in love with the area and decided to move from London for a more peaceful way of life. We live here with our daughter Rebecca, her husband Paul, their two children, and assorted pets! Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are supplied on a weekly basis. Our water is from our own spring and is filtered and tested and totally fresh. We provide a starter pack for the woodburners and we can also supply bags of logs and kindling at a reduced rate if required. The three cottages are all available individually but can be booked together and would accommodate 12 people if required.

Conditions of Rental
Properties are available after 4.00pm on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. One well behaved dog - no charge but all dogs MUST be kept on leads in the confines of the cottages and field.
