We refer you directly to the accommodation providers who are best able to answer your queries and process your booking.  We are not an agent for these providers.

We act simply as a referrer.  We are not and do not act as an agent for accommodation owners.  We make information about the accommodation providers available to you so you can choose who you book with and liaise directly with them.  We don’t take your money on their behalf and nor do we act as a go between with any issues relating to your accommodation booking.  Your contract is with them and them only, and they are fully liable for every aspect of their accommodation, in accordance with their own terms and conditions.  We strongly encourage you to check these carefully before you book.  

One Off Places makes every effort to ensure that the accommodation featured on our website is of a certain quality.   However, One Off Places does not accept any liability for the quality or standard of the accommodation you are sold by the providers featured on the website.   One off Places is not liable for any injury and / or damage to persons or property occurring during or as a result of an accommodation stay booked further to an enquiry via this website.  By using the site you are agreeing to these limitations in full.

If we are alerted to bad practice by any of our accommodation providers we will immediately investigate the matter and take appropriate action in advising them to correct these or removing them from the site.  

One Off Places relies on the information supplied by the providers themselves to use on our website including contact and imagery.  We are not able to take responsibility for this information and we have to disclaim all liability in respect of such information. Please check the information fully with the provider before you make any booking with them including details of the proposed accommodation.  Please note that prices shown on our site are for guidance only and prices quoted by the provider are relevant at the time of booking with them.
