It has plenty of space for 10 people, plus their four-legged friends. Let the canines roam the fully enclosed garden while you enjoy a cool drink sitting on the sun deck or in the hot tub. The house has a downstairs bedroom, a cosy wood burner and is on the edge of Windermere, close to the lake and local amenities.

The house exudes luxury with tasteful, high-end fixtures and fittings throughout. Go into the elegant lounge, perfect for relaxing while the wood burner flickers, or sit in the second lounge, with another wood burner and a Smart TV. Cook delicious meals in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, eat at the kitchen table or get together for special meals in the glamourous dining room. There’s also a king-size bedroom on the ground floor as well as a shower room, a separate WC, and a utility room. The other bedrooms are upstairs, the master en-suite king-size bedroom, another king-size, and two king-size/twin rooms. These last three rooms are served by the family bathroom. Go into Windermere to go shopping, pop out for a drink or meal, and wander around the lake, where you can go sailing, rowing, paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking and water skiing. Take a ride on a steam train on the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway (11 miles), visit Wray Castle (7.5 miles) and explore the World of Beatrix Potter (1.5 miles). Have a fun day out at Brockhole on Windermere (2 miles), hire a boat, or try archery, laser clay and indoor caving.
