One-Off Feature

Within a peaceful private corner in the heart of rural Suffolk you will find a canvas-wrapped three bedroom hideaway which brings a whole new meaning to the term escapism.  A perfect setting for a break with friends or family, group get togethers and family reunions.

General Info

With solid decking floors throughout, a wood-burning stove at its heart and three separate bedrooms, the tent is practical and stylish in equal measure. The open-plan living area is a lovely space for families and friends to spend time together and the array of casual seating, which circles a large coffee table, is the perfect spot for a glass of wine or a game of cards. Outside, you can relax on chic furniture overlooking the countryside, and further afield you can explore footpaths, villages, woodland, moors, coastline, towns, hills and valleys, waterways and lakes.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

Sweffling Hall lies in a rural triangle between Framlingham to the west, coastal Southwold to the north east and seaside Felixstowe to the south. The Suffolk coastline offers much to explore, from bird-filled marshland and picturesque fishing towns to beaches and sailing spots, and history buffs can discover Sutton Hoo, Framlingham Castle, Saxtead Green Post Mill, Landguard Fort, Leiston Abbey and Orford Castle. Little people will love Easton Farm Park and Suffolk Wildlife Park and adults can wander round Shawsgate Vineyard and Helmingham Hall Gardens. And there are lots of markets, village pubs and tea rooms to frequent.
