Step off the patio and into the sunroom, a perfect place to relax in the evening sun after a long day of exploring the wonderful area. The compact but well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, and there s a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and spare freezer. On the ground floor is the modern family bathroom with a shower over bath. The master bedroom is to the back of the house with a comfy double bed, storage space and an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. On the first floor there is a twin room, perfect for the children with views of the garden and hills, and a second double with plenty of hanging wardrobe space. Outside, there is garden furniture to enjoy al fresco dining and drinks whilst the dogs run around the garden. The garden wraps around the house and is very well established with beautiful flowers and shrubs. There is private parking with space for two large or three small cars.
