Set within a cluster of renovated 17th century stone buildings, Coco is a delightful little apartment in south west France, full of luxury, charm and character. This is the perfect setting for sunshine, romance and relaxation.
With its limestone floors, feature fireplace, wooden beams and antique furnishings, this apartment from our collection of holiday rentals in France is a haven of original features and rural French atmosphere. And yet the cool colours, airy living spaces and creature comforts bring a unique flavour of the contemporary. On site there are both private and shared spaces in which to roam, play, read and sunbathe, and the apartment also benefits from all the amenities of a boutique hotel, with everything from babysitting to bike hire on offer. It’s a little corner of paradise.
The house is situated in the Lot & Garonne region of south west France, just outside the 13th century village of Sainte Livrade sur Lot where you will find bakeries, supermarkets and an assortment of other amenities. This part of the country is known for its beautiful hills and valleys as well as for its sleepy villages and hilltop bastide towns, and life here is all about weekly markets, pavement cafes, wine tasting, antiques fairs, boat trips and picnics on river beaches. The wonderful chateaux of the Dordogne and Bordeaux are not far away, nor are the vineyards of Duras, Buzet, Bergerac and even Saint Emilion. It really is the most heavenly place.

The nearest airports are Bergerac, Bordeaux and Toulouse, and car hire is available at the airport. Detailed instructions can be provided for your route or a chauffeur can be arranged.

Interior Details
The apartment is set entirely on the ground floor, with an open-plan living space, a spacious bedroom with an antique king size bed, and a bathroom with a vintage roll-top bath and fully tiled walk-in shower. L’Occitane toiletries, bath robes and slippers are provided, there is a satellite TV and the traditional galley kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
Exterior Details
Glazed French doors open out onto an extensive covered veranda with dining furniture and a BBQ, and at the front of the barn there is a private sunny garden with day beds and a dining area with parasol. In addition the main house is surrounded by 8 acres of landscaped gardens and fields, and there is a gorgeous swimming pool.

Conditions of Rental
A deposit of 30% is payable with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable 20% security deposit is also required. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, with check in at 4pm and check out by 10am. No pets and no smoking.
