The village of Bribir has a bar, pharmacy, post office, market and shop, and is just 500m from the villa. The beach town of Novi Vinodolski is 4km away and has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a good sized beach made up of both sand and pebbles.
The nearest coastal town, Novi Vinodolski, is part of the Rijeka and Crikvenica Riviera in the northern Adriatic Sea. It’s a coastal town offering its visitors excellent beach life and crystal clear swimming waters. It sits beneath the slopes of Kapela, near the valley of Vinodol. It was one of the original seaside resorts in this region. You can climb up behind the town to get fantastic views of the region, and there’s lots to explore in the nearby area. In the summer months there are a variety of festivals, live music and local food and wine events.

The villa has five double bedrooms and can sleep up to ten people. There are six bathrooms. There is a spacious, open plan living area. The kitchen is well equipped to include fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven. The living space is comfortable and has satellite TV. There is air conditioning and wifi throughout. There is an indoor swimming pool, as well as a sauna and a gym for guest use. The villa is also equipped with a conference room for corporate breaks.
