And on your doorstep you can enjoy foraging, bird watching, rambling and picnicking in the restorative tranquillity of the valley. Whether you’re here for a family holiday, a getaway with friends or a special occasion, this renovated farmhouse ticks all the boxes. From your doorstep you can enjoy level circular walks to Hardwick church or uphill linear or circular adventures to Little Mountain or Merbach, and other outdoor pursuits available include canoeing, mountain biking, pony trekking, caving and gliding. Gentler activities consist of cider tasting and photography, or you could come for one of the many annual festivals, from Hay Festival in May and Abergavenny Food Festival in September to the Royal Welsh Show in July and Green Man Festival in August.

Interior Details
There are nine large king size bedrooms altogether - four rooms in the main farmhouse and five split level suites in the guest annexe - all of which are made up with crisp white linens and warm woollen throws. There are eight modern bathrooms complete with fluffy towels and toiletries, and the manifold reception spaces include a main lounge, a library-style room, a leather lounge with a large TV, an upper landing reading zone with armchairs and five smaller independent lounges within the guest suites. The 40ft kitchen is extremely well-equipped for either your own or professional catering.
Exterior Details
The house it set within 5 acres of grounds which comprise a landscaped seating area with BBQ and wonderful views, a cedar-clad hot tub, a rustic red brick ‘games’ barn, an ‘outback shack’ under ancient mulberry trees, a children’s play area and two huge private fields which you can use however you please.

Westbrook Court is the perfect space for a celebration, with a large kitchen, a dining hall that can seat 20 (and stand more) and the option of private catering. On site activities can be easily arranged, whether you’re looking for a beauty therapist, a yoga teacher, a life drawing class or a murder mystery evening.
Conditions of Rental
We take a £500 returnable deposit against any damages at Westbrook Court. This is returned within 14 days of bank details provided by the guest. Check in time is 4.30pm and check out is 10.00am. Minimum stay is 2 nights year-round but 3 nights over Bank Holidays and 7 days at Easter, Christmas and New Year. No smoking. Well-trained dogs welcome.
