Lovingly restored to its former grandeur, Lym House settles just a few minutes walk from the seafront. Wrought iron railings enclose an attractive front garden planted with lavender shrubs and trees which, together with its terracotta exterior, add a touch of ‘Mediterranean villa’ to this English seaside home.
Inside, the home pairs subtle tones and sophisticated furnishings with modern luxuries, and there’s ample space for relaxation, socialising and entertainment. The large light-filled living room with plush seating feels thoroughly inviting, while the roomy kitchen/diner which creates the convivial heart of the home, is where favourite dishes can be created and shared.
Attention to detail throughout means guests can look forward to being utterly comfortable during their stay. The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation
The pretty town of Lyme Regis lies on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast and offers visitors an idyllic coastal holiday destination. Here you can explore fossil-strewn beaches and rugged cliffs, wander cobblestone streets, and discover quaint shops, cosy cafes and fabulous restaurants.

Guests will enter the Lym House via the door at the back of the house
This home is laid out over three floors
Living Room
Positioned on the ground floor this lovely room overlooks the front garden and is beautifully furnished with large leather sofas, occasional tables with lamps, and a log burner
This room also has a Smart flat screen TV and a Bluetooth speaker
Kitchen (and separate utility)
The ground floor kitchen lies open plan with the dining area and features a central island which doubles as a breakfast bar with two barstools. There are two Smeg fridge/freezers, a Falcon range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, and a dishwasher. A bean-to-cup coffee machine as well as a selection of other kitchen appliances is provided including toaster, kettle and microwave
Utility
The separate utility houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC can be accessed from this room
Dining Room/Area
Open plan with the kitchen, this gorgeous room has a large dining table and chairs seating ten guests, along with a wood-burning stove
Bedroom One (en-suite)
This fabulous top floor room with its vaulted ceiling and exposed trusses forms the property’s second master bedroom. Furnished with a sumptuous super king size bed, pedestal tables with lamps, a hanging rail and chest of drawers, and has its own sitting area with two armchairs and a flat screen TV
Bedroom Two (en suite)
This gorgeous first floor room with its luxury super king size bed and fabulous window seat is the home’s second master bedroom. Furniture includes a chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and an open wardrobe with shelves and hanging space
Bedroom Three
This lovely, light and bright room is furnished with a double bed, and has an original ornamental fireplace as well as a chest of drawers, open wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, a mirror, and pedestal tables with lamps
A delightful bench seat sitting beneath the window makes for a lovely place to sip your morning coffee

Furnished with twin divan beds, this bedroom has a mirror, and pedestal tables with lamps

Two metal frame single beds in this delightful bedroom make it perfect for children. Furnished with a pedestal table and lamp

A private drive round the back of Lym House has space for five cars and includes a private EV charging point. This area is secured behind a set of wrought iron gates, with access via steps down to the courtyard garden
