One-Off Feature
Stylish, comfortable and in a great location, this spacious loft-style apartment offers families and couples a beautifully designed base from which to explore the west Cornwall coastline.
General Info
Gorgeous bathrooms, Smart TV’s and big sash windows are just some of the home’s lovely features, and you’ll notice the buildings original beams sailing overhead as a nod to its heritage as a period property. Recently refurbished, the property has been carefully arranged and equipped to offer you a light-filled space where you can truly unwind. Two good size bedrooms as well as two bathrooms mean there’s plenty of room for four guests to get comfortable, while the open-plan layout of the living area invites you to cook, eat and chill together.
Set just a short stroll back from the seafront, Newlyn’s harbour is easy to reach, as are its shops, restaurants, galleries and cafes. If you like to start you mornings with freshly brewed coffee and a bacon roll then head down to Duke’s Street Café and tuck into their locally produced fare, or for a seafood lunch stop in at Argoe (one of our favourites), where you can scoff freshly caught fish right on the harbourside. If you fancy browsing the shops, you’ll love places like Coddiwomple Gallery for antiques and pottery, and Riverbank Independent Art Gallery for works by Cornish artists.
Halfway between Mousehole and Penzance, and with Marazion and its iconic St Michael’s Mount just further on, Newlyn’s popularity as a desirable seaside holiday destination is steadily growing, so if you’d like to experience this Cornish town for yourself, as well as all that the west Cornwall coastline has to offer, this is the perfect place for it.
