For those looking for a traditional seaside holiday there is the nearby pebble beach and Victorian pier at Deal, Sandy beaches can be found in the nearby seaside towns of Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate. Close by is the city of Canterbury, with the world famous Canterbury Cathedral and all its medieval history and a wealth of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. There are more close by visitor attractions, including Walmer Castle, The White Cliffs Experience at Dover and Howletts Wildlife Park and the amazing local vineyard where you can pre arrange a tour. Enter the property, into the welcoming hallway/breakfast area where a small table and chairs offers a quiet spot to enjoy a casual breakfast and then head into the open plan lounge/diner where you will find a comfy sofa and armchairs nestled around the original inglenook fire place with open fire.
