One of the smallest towns in Powys, you’ll find a small handful of attractions and amenities in this sleepy spot, including the Cloverlands Model Car Museum and the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway that follows a scenic route along to Welshpool (11 miles). This border town is a must-visit with the National Trust-maintained Powis Castle and Garden (13.5 miles) well worth a tour.
