Situated on a small holiday complex just outside the coastal village of Charmouth, the beautiful 30 acre site includes two small lakes and a 4 star hotel which has a Café Bar, restaurant and Spa facilities open to non residents. Located on the Jurassic Coastal Path diversion, this property offers guests access to more than 250 miles of beautiful coastal walks. Search for fossils on local Charmouth Beach or Lyme Regis, which boasts a good choice of shops, restaurants and cafes. Nearby Seaton and Sidmouth both have plenty of coastal charm to offer, as does the old fishing village of Beer. Other nearby attractions include Pecorama, Beer Caves, Seaton Tramway, Crealy, Bicton Park, Burrows Farm Gardens, Killerton and Knightshayes Court. The Jurassic Coastal Bus stops at the bottom of the drive making it very convenient for journeys out without the car. Towards the rear of the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a compact yet contemporary and well equipped kitchen area. Here you will find an electric oven and hob and fridge with ice compartment. The separate bedroom area is compact with a small double bed with ships cabin hangers for storing clothes (please note the bed is against the wall and accessed on one side). There is also a shared lawn area with seating and a BBQ for enjoying al fresco meals, together with beautifully maintained shared gardens and two lakes for romantic strolls.
