General Info

Borgo Tranquillo is home to four apartments (each 88m2) and a larger villa (150m2), each with a private terrace or garden.  The heart of the Borgo is the communal clubhouse which has spectacular panoramic views across the surrounding countryside.  The clubhouse has leather seating, a bar, a library and an open fire.  Stairs from the clubhouse wind down to the sauna and hammam, and on to the 10m x 15m heated black infinity pool.  The pool has been built with the latest technologies providing crystal clear and healthy saltwater without the use of any chemicals.  There is a changing area with showers and WC near the pool, and sun pavilions with sun loungers.  Also on site is a Boccia court, games field and orchard.  Lose yourself in the grounds, wander through the olive groves and orchards, explore the hidden seating areas, and stroll up to the hilltop to admire the wonderful views. CIN:  IT042003B9DIZEBWNI.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

Le Marche is one of Italy’s most beautiful and least spoiled regions, offering mountain scenery, warm weather, uncrowded beaches and traditional hospitality. There are picturesque villages full of well-preserved churches, abbeys and monasteries, wineries to explore and walks aplenty in the foothills of the Appennines. Arcevia is just 35km inland from the coastal resort of Senigallia and the town is not only scenic but it also provides a good selection of banks, bars, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, newsagents, pharmacies and restaurants. Accommodation Details

Interior Details
The apartment is east facing and is on the first floor.  It has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.  There’s a large open plan living space with lounging/dining area, wood burner and fully equipped and fitted white marble kitchen.  Additional beds for a maximum of 2 children possible.  The bathroom has a wet room shower, a bidet, and a large freestanding double ended bath.  You’ll find the property superbly equipped with luxury bedlinen, bath and pool towels, dressing gowns, homegrown alchemist products and lavender bath salts.  The kitchen has a dishwasher and a baby cot and high chair are available on request.    There is wifi throughout, heating, a smart TV and an AudioPro HiFi system.  A communal washing machine is available for your use.

Exterior Details
Outside there is a private terrace with outdoor dining area, BBQ and deckchairs.  Aside from the private terrace which each accommodation has, there are 15 acres of grounds which guests are welcome to use.  Contemporary landscaped gardens, a perimeter walk / jogging path, a sunset bench with a firepit, a Boccia court (similar to bowls and pétanque),  a football / games field, an olive grove and an orchard.  Mountain bikes are available to borrow.  Parking is plentiful and there is an EV charging station.

Conditions of Rental
Prices are based on a 7 night stay.  Includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, use of mountain bikes, use of the sauna, steam room and pool, and final cleaning fees.  Deposit payable on booking.
