Leading through to the elegant lounge with its exposed oak beams you can curl up on the luxurious sofa and lose yourself in a decent book or perhaps simply look out at the beautiful farmland views with a glass of wine. The lounge also has SkyTV and a DVD player. If staying in for the evening, there is a lovely country-style galley kitchen, excellently equipped including an electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and a dishwasher to make light work of clearing up. The adjacent dining room has a large chunky oak dining table with chairs for six. Next to the dining room, you will find a utility room for wet and muddy coats and wellies, which comes in handy after a long walk in the country. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with TV and ensuite large wet room with shower, wash basin and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find a large landing leading to a double bedroom (and an additional single bed) with TV and a seperate bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
