Waterfront luxury! We have staff, who care for you, and can even order in a cook if you like...Nestled in a beautiful garden in one of the Dalmatian Coast’s most desirable locations sits Villa Rosemarine, an impressive house built of Brac stone. Recently rebuilt to the height of luxury, this villa has everything from stunning views and expansive living space to designer furnishings and top-of-the-range mod cons.
Extending over an impressive 485 sqm, Villa Rosemarine is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom executive standard villa which is unquestionably one of the most sought after on the Adriatic. Situated in a quiet bay alongside a national park it feels delightfully peaceful and secluded, and yet it is only minutes to the local villages. The interiors are exquisite throughout, but what really makes this property memorable is its setting – the Adriatic Sea is literally metres away, and the views from the rooms and terraces are nothing short of breath-taking. And the selection of terraces and tables, not to mention the Jacuzzi, means you never have to leave the water’s edge. This is the very definition of serenity.
The local villages are small yet charming and they have a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are many beautiful towns on the island of Brac which are well worth visiting while you are here. Milna, with its yacht-filled marina, has a quayside lined with cafes and restaurants, and Splitska, also situated around a delightful harbour, is one of the most attractive communities on the island. Pucisca is defined by the fine stone buildings set into terraces on the steep hillside, and Bol, on the south side of the island, is known for its 15th and 17th century architecture as well as for its famous beach, Zlatni Rat, a shingle spit which stretches out over 600m into the sea. At the villa there is a boat with a licensed skipper available to rent on a daily basis and there are lots of options for day trips. Alternatively, borrow the bikes, kayaks or snorkelling gear or go rafting or paintballing. Our cook is fantastic and can come in whenever you like.
