One-Off Feature
Escape to this idyllic thatched cottage with a selection of your nearest and dearest for a dreamy getaway you'll remember forever. Set alongside the serene River Dever, meander by the water as it flows through the charming villages and countryside of Hampshire. The cottage itself is a stylish sanctuary, with thoughtful details inside and out. The garden is especially remarkable, with plenty of space for playing and pretty wildflowers.

Feel instantly at home in this classic cottage, with its eclectic blend of old and new, low ceilings, level changes and warm tones throughout. Arrive via a quiet lane and embark up a winding path that will lead you to the cottage door. As soon as you walk in you will note the characterful details, such as the piano and classic wood burner. The living room is a welcoming place to relax by the open fire; bathe in the glow and warmth while reading a book or chatting into the late hours. There's a study room filled with natural light and two beautiful window seats - it also has a comfy sofa bed. Dine in the bright conservatory which is bound to provide an intimate ambience whether the sun is shining through or the rain is pitter-pattering on the windows. The thoughtful layout means the dining area connects to the kitchen, so the conversation can continue between courses. The kitchen is decorated in a traditional farmhouse style, with everything you should need to cook up a feast, including a stunning Aga; and if you run out of room in the fridge for all your goodies, there is a spare in the utility room, alongside the washing machine. There is another snug lounge area downstairs for quiet moments, with a wood burner so you feel relaxed listening to it crackle and pop. There are three different sets of cottage-style stairs which lead upstairs to four quaint bedrooms, two of which have en-suites, so there will be no queues for the bathroom in the mornings; please note one of the twin bedrooms is interlinked with one of the double bedrooms with a half-sized door. Heading outside, throw some delicious treats on the BBQ, or go and explore the yurt nestled in the grounds.
