A 5 minute drive will take you to the centre of Lefkada where there is a modern marina and a selection of shops and eateries. The beaches at Agios Giannis and Kastro are just 4 km away or it’s a 10 minute drive to Pefkoulia beach, Agios Nikitas seaside village and Kathisma beach on the west coast. And in the area you can hike, horse ride, wind/kite surf, swim and snorkel, not to mention explore traditional settlements and historic churches. You could even take a day trip to mainland Greece.

Interior Details
The villa is spread out over three levels, with three king size en-suite bedrooms. One of these can double up as a play room with a home cinema, Playstation and board games, and the house also features a living room with a fireplace and a flat screen TV, a dining area with marble flooring and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on site is a separate studio, with a private entrance, which sleeps an additional two people in one double bedroom. The studio has its own shower room.
Exterior Details
Outside there is a home gym, a beautiful swimming pool, a wooden decking area, a selection of loungers and sunbeds, two dining areas and a BBQ, as well as plenty of shady corners. The grounds cover 6 acres in total.

Complimentary services include an orientation briefing on arrival and 2 hours of maid service every day, and provisions like a butler, a private chef, babysitting, boat hire, yoga classes, spa treatments and event planning can be arrange for an additional cost.
Conditions of Rental
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Children over 12 only. Smoking is permitted. Pets allowed on request. Check in is from 3pm and check out time is 10am.
