General Info

The village of Craster is one of the gems of the Northumberland coastline and Crabcake Cottage is the perfect destination for a relaxing seaside getaway. Inside, the property is stylish and homely, with all the home comforts and facilities you could need. Outside there is a private garden where you can eat, read and play to your heart’s content. And on your doorstep you will find the coast path, the harbour and some fantastic eateries. It’s an enchanting spot for a family holiday or a romantic retreat.

 

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

The picturesque Northumberland Coastal Path is just a few yards from the cottage and you can walk to the harbour in just a few minutes. Within the village there is a small public seaside play area, and you will also find an excellent pub called The Jolly Fisherman, a local art gallery, the Shoreline Café and Robson’s Craster Kipper Smokehouse. Further afield there are plenty of beaches, castles and attractions to explore.

Interior Details
The cottage has been finished to the highest standard, with a coastal theme throughout and sea views from almost every window. There are three bedrooms - one king-size master with en-suite, an additional king-size room and one twin - as well as a family bathroom, and downstairs you will find a large lounge with a Smart TV and wood burning stove, a sun room with a huge window and a dining kitchen with a pantry and all the mod cons. 

Exterior Details
French doors lead onto a landscaped patio garden complete with a picnic-style table, play equipment and a summerhouse with rattan armchairs. At the front of the cottage there is a lawned garden which is not enclosed.

Conditions of Rental
No pets permitted. Changeover day is Friday or Monday with check in from 4pm and check out by 10am. A 30% deposit is required with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
