This Norfolk glamping site is the perfect place to escape busy lives and reconnect with nature. You can spend your days watching the children running free, exploring the surrounding woodland, or heading further afield to local pubs, beaches and nearby towns. With fishing, golf, bird watching, walking and cycling right on our doorstep you can’t be better placed for a holiday enjoying Norfolk. Then at the end of each day, toast marshmallows round the campfire and sink into a luxurious king sized bed for a well earned sleep.
There’s masses to do in the surrounding area, both on and offsite. Norfolk is a visitor’s paradise! Huge beaches, pretty coastal villages, market towns, biking and hiking, village pubs and wildlife watching. On site, wander through the woods and enjoy the great array of natural flora and fauna we have on site. The children will enjoy a bit of pond dipping and den building, and meeting the chickens and geese in the orchard. Nearby, the Royal Norwich golf club, ROARR Dinosaur Adventure, Pensthorpe Natural Park, Foxley Wood, Mid Norfolk Railway, Thetford Forest and The Norfolk Broads, to name just a few. The beautiful north Norfolk coast is just 30 minutes away and there are lots of wonderful beaches to choose from. Take a walk along the nearby Marriott's or Wensum Way, taste local ales at friendly country pubs within walking distance. For a spot of culture, a shopping trip or simply to take in the UKs best preserved medieval city, vibrant Norwich is just 20 minutes away.

Interior Details
There are two yurts on site, each of which can sleep up to 5 adults and one infant. Each yurt has a clear skylight so you can stargaze from the comfort of your bed (and enjoy lots of natural light in the daytime). The yurt has a king sized bed with warm goose down duvet and pillows, crisp bed linen and a comfy mattress. Additional blankets and throws also provided. Each yurt has a woodburning stove with an oven, and there is a gas stove and kettle, as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils for self catering. Towels are provided. If there are more than two people staying, each yurt has two futons (plus an additional one can be added) which convert into spare single beds. Each yurt has a private eco toilet hut alongside it. The yurts have solar lighting - fairy lights, bedside lights and lighting for the kitchen and dining table. Tea lights and torches also provided. On site there are two washrooms with hot showers and a communal area with games, books, fridge and freezer. There is also a small honesty shop on site.
Exterior Details
Each yurt has its own large curved deck, secluded from one another across the meadow. The yurts back onto the woodland and are set at the edge of the meadow. You can snooze in your massive hammock (big enough for all the family!), or cook on the provided BBQ and eat alfresco at the large picnic table. The glampsite is set in 18 acres of beautiful Norfolk countryside so you’ll have no shortage of outside space! There is a communal campfire area, swingball tennis and a ball game friendly area.
Conditions of Rental
Check in days are Mon, Wed & Fri with check in from 4pm and check out by 10.30am. Minimum stay 2 nights midweek / 3 nights at the weekend. In quieter periods we can sometimes be flexible on arrival day and minimum stay. Sorry, no pets. Prices based on 2 adults - additional adults @ £15 per night / additional children @ £10 per night (under 3s free). Complimentary welcome hamper with each booking. Closed from early Oct - Easter each year.
