The Bolthole is a beautiful ground floor garden apartment is set in a Grade II listed Georgian property, in the heart of the seaside town of Whitby and can sleep two people. This apartment has a king-size double bedroom with TV and spacious dressing room off, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire. Outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis five minutes' walk away or public car parks just five minutes' walk away, a communal, lawned garden to the front with furniture and a communal rear yard (steps up). The Bolthole is a wonderful holiday base for discovering Whitby.

The ruin of St Hilda's Abbey is high on Whitby's East Cliff and looks down on narrow streets and alleyways. From the old town, the parish church of St Mary, also on East Cliff, has 199 steps leading to it and the churchyard was one of the inspirations for Bram Stoker's Dracula. Other attractions in Whitby include the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, Victorian Jet Works and The Dracula Experience. There are year-round events at Whitby Pavilion Complex and there is a blue flag beach and spectacular cliffs and bays to explore.
