There is access to two private parking spaces and a lovely cottage garden where it is a delight to enjoy refreshments on a sunny morning or balmy evening. Enter the property to find a handy boot room with laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) and lots of room to store your luggage and coats. Just off the boot room is a wet room with a shower and WC. The beautiful country style kitchen/diner comes complete with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has a feature fireplace and a table with seating for four guests. The comfortable lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a day out.
