The Estate is home to a magnificent Historic House and a collection of unique Holiday Homes and is in an idyllic setting amongst ancient woodland, heather moorland, meadow pastures and meandering rivers.  If you’re looking for a unique and quintessentially English venue for a well-deserved break then look no further. Eden, with its contemporary interiors, quirky retro furnishings, fantastic facilities, wood-fired hot tub and picturesque gardens, has everything you could possibly want in order to relax and enjoy yourself. The house will be ready for you, with the wood burning stove lit and a bottle of wine in the fridge - all you have to do is get here and start to unwind.  The on site opportunities mean that aside from friends and family holidays, it’s also an excellent choice for businesses, meetings, training, product launches, staff incentives, wellbeing days and team building activities.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

The Estate is packed full of fun things for guests to enjoy. If you are looking for activities then we have a whole host of experiences and pursuits available.  Simply spend your days exploring this Brontë-esque countryside, discovering experiences in nature as you go.  Book one of our Landrover Experiences and try your hand at some off road driving, and book in for a foraging class, some forest bathing, or even our fire temple experience.  We can point you in the direction of some fabulous wild swimming spots too.  You can also book in for a day retreat at the on site wellness centre.

Eden is exquisite throughout and can sleep up to 12 people, with six individually designed bedrooms, spotless bathrooms, a splendid entrance hall, an elegant dining room, a stylish sitting room, a kitchen with an Aga, a utility room, a pantry and an enormous games room. Every window looks out over woodland, meadows and rolling hills so you can really appreciate your surroundings.  The large contemporary lounge space can be used for a civil ceremony for up to 100 guests of a sit down dinner for up to 80 guests.

Exterior Details
In front of the house there is a large garden which boasts exceptional views of the surrounding parkland. You will also find a luxurious wood-fired hot tub and a campfire with seating.  You are welcome to explore the 3000 acre estate which is criss crossed with a variety of walking trails and cycle tracks.  There is a contemporary bistro on site situated within a walled garden offering a range of local sourced, vegetarian menu options.  Guests also have exclusive use of the on site Avalon Wellbeing centre with indoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, yoga studios, gym (additional fee).
