One-Off Feature

Imaginatively restored and converted into a delightfully charming and characterful cottage, this original coach house in Cambridgeshire sits in a tranquil and secluded position at the bottom of a large walled garden. Come and enjoy a little slice of rural 1950s living.

General Info

Throughout the cottage, great attention has been paid to incorporating original features, so stable paviors, latch doors, exposed beams and wood floors are much in evidence. The decor and furnishings have been carefully chosen to reflect the building’s original purpose - the Tack Room still has the saddle hooks draped with bridles and the original stove used to heat the horses’ bran. This is a unique and cosy bolthole from which to explore the lovely Cambridgeshire town of Ely.
