The cottage is a quirky listed building which has been beautifully renovated in a simple and contemporary style.  Historic houses, the Jurassic Coast, Bruton, Frome and Bath are all on your doorstep, here you can explore all that Somerset and Dorset has to offer.  A great choice for either a romantic break or a family holiday.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

West Chinnock is a pretty village with honey coloured ham stone and no less than 22 listed buildings!  There are masses of footpaths in the vicinity and lots of great walks from your doorstep in the surroundings.  Nearby you’ll find lots of local cafes and pretty market towns, great local food, and National Trust houses.  The nearby town of Crewkerne has a good range of shops and supermarkets, as well as a train station with a direct link to London Waterloo.  Head to the Jurassic Coast for sandy beaches and fossil hunting, go fishing or on dolphin watching boat trips, or seek out the nearby riding stables, golf, or even paintballing.
