Renovated to a 5* specification, the house is superbly furnished whilst retaining the feel and comfort of a family home. The main reception rooms are beautifully proportioned and run the length of the south facing front, making a wonderful space for entertaining. Seven of the nine bedrooms, again facing south, look across the garden and valley towards the sea beyond. Well equipped kitchens, utilities and quality ensuites and bathrooms complete Pamflete's luxury accommodation.
Pamflete House is situated at the heart of the private Flete Estate on the South Devon coast, set in stunning countryside with broadleaf woodlands and rolling pastures, sweeping down to secluded beaches, with a tantalizing lacework of private drives and pathways, cliff paths and beaches - ideal for seaside holidays, dedicated walkers, those looking for quiet country breaks and family celebrations.
Getting There:
South Devon is easy to reach by road via the M6/M5 from the North and Midlands and M4/M5 from the East. Just beyond Exeter the M5 links with the A38 a dual carriageway to within 12 miles of the Flete Estate. The M3/A303 gives easy access through Somerset and Dorset.

Interior Details
The kitchen and utility areas have been carefully planned to make everyday tasks as effortless as possible. The spacious kitchen has a double oil fired AGA and a large electric range, two dishwashers, refrigerator, microwave and breakfast area to seat 8. There is a cool larder, freezer and a further drinks refrigerator, with two washing machines and tumble dryers in the utility and drying rooms. Close to the kitchen is a games room with pool table, plenty of games for all ages and Sky TV & DVD player with an adjoining WC.
Exterior Details
Outside, the grounds include a sheltered terrace, gardens, tennis court, stables and paddock all of which is surrounded by the unspoilt Flete Estate with direct access to private woodland and estuary walks, nearby beaches and coastal path. Landing space for a helicopter. Three beaches can be reached by walking through the estate, Pamflete Beach, a ten minute walk, being the nearest. Mothecombe and Coastguard Beaches are only five minutes by car with free parking at Mothecombe Carpark.
Conditions of Rental
Prices include all linen and towels, also oil, electricity and logs, and 3 hours' daily housekeeping. We recommend you bring your own cook to asist with the catering or we can arrange one for you. A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable six weeks before your stay. Available for weddings and celebrations until July and then weekly over the summer. Weekend breaks available on request.
