Located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds on an 800 acre farm, Brackenborough Hall Coach House has been converted into three luxurious self catering apartments. Located in the centre of ancient parkland on the site of the deserted medieval village of Brackenborough, the properties are only 2 miles from the Georgian market town of Louth and 10 miles from the sandy beaches and nature reserves of Lincolnshire's coast.
Stables is on the ground floor of the Coach House and sleeps 3/4 guests in a double and a single/twin room (plus a double sofa bed in the living area). Saddle Room is on the ground floor of the Coach House and sleeps 4 guests in two double bedrooms (plus a double sofa bed in the living area). Granary occupies the entire first floor of the Coach House and provides spacious accommodation for up to 8 people in two family bedrooms (plus two double sofa beds in the living area). The apartments can be booked separately, or alternatively are ideal for groups of up to 24 if you want to book all three. The sympathetic conversion has retained as many original features as possible, as well as creating an attractive and comfortable ambience in a unique building.
The apartments are only 2 miles from the lovely Georgian market town of Louth, 10 miles from the sandy beaches and nature reserves of Lincolnshire's coast and less than an hour from Lincoln Castle and Cathedral, Hull and Skegness. Go badger or bird watching on the farm, visit the many local nature reserves or see the seals at the coast. Walk one of the many paths in the Wolds. Visit one of the many sandy beaches of the Lincolnshire coast. Sample the famous local Lincolnshire food and drink. Visit the historic city of Lincoln – see the stunning cathedral, walk round the castle walls and amble down or struggle up Steep Hill! Stroll around Louth’s traditional market before climbing the steps of the church tower for the amazing views. Take the family to Hubbard’s Hills – picnic, feed the ducks, play and paddle in the river. Have a day fishing on the farm’s pond or play a round of golf at one of the many local golf courses. Visit Horncastle, or Hemswell – the antiques centres of England! We are pleased to offer further information for families, guests with pets, walkers and cyclists, in addition to our general local information.

Further Details
Brackenborough Hall Coach House Holidays is situated just 2 miles north of Louth, an attractive Georgian market town that has managed to retain its traditional appearance and rural town ambience. It boasts the tallest parish church spire in the country and a lively market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, as well as Lincolnshire’s only remaining cattle market on Thursdays. A particular feature of Louth are the 6 independent butchers all serving local specialties from meat and other products supplied by local farms. You must try the real Lincolnshire sausages, stuffed chine and Lincolnshire plum bread. Louth has plenty of facilities for evening entertainment, with the new theatre, multi-screen cinema, nightclubs and numerous restaurants and traditional pubs.
