Inside there are bedrooms, meeting rooms, kitchens and living/social areas galore, and outside there is a whole host of leisure activities on offer within the grounds. Beyond the private garden there are endless acres of fields, orchards and woodland for you to explore and there are four excellent walking trails that go round the farm, through the woods, over open countryside and connect with other foot paths (you can even walk to the pub). Within about a half hour drive you can play golf, try shooting, go canoeing and go-karting, cycle and horse ride, and nearby you will find Hay-on-Wye with its numerous book shops, the border towns of Kington and Presteigne and Ludlow with its renowned food markets and restaurants. In the area you will find gardens, houses, castles and farms, as well as an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants.

Interior Details
The house has eight bedrooms which are configured in a variety of ways and sleep up to 25 people if all beds are used. All are made up with Egyptian cotton linen and most have large bathrooms/wet rooms attached. There are also five kitchens and four sitting/meeting rooms – The Parley is a boardroom with a mini cinema and media room, Clock View is a TV room with an Xbox, The Tack Room is a panelled sitting room with an open fire and Sky, and The Discourse is a boardroom with a 43 inch plasma screen, a sitting area and WiFi.
Exterior Details
The Colloquy is surrounded by wonderful grounds full of interesting entrances, courtyards, gardens and terraces. There is a landscaped walled garden with a heated pool and outdoor seating, a squash court, a table tennis table and a badminton court, not to mention a hot tub and a sauna.
Conditions of Rental
The pool is heated from May to September. A securing deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder becoming payable eight weeks before arrival. EV charger available on site for guest use (chargeable via the Voltshare app). If you want to relax completely the owners can do all the organising for you (there is a 15% commission charge). They can easily arrange catering, beauticians, art or dance classes, waiting staff, various sporting activities, maid service, transport and hampers of local produce, among other things.
