Log burner, pizza oven, double hammock and woodland views, the perfect antidote to busy lives. This is a family friendly and dog friendly option from our collection of treehouse holidays in Devon.
Nestled in a secluded valley on the Harland Peninsula, this collection of woodland retreats spans 20 acres of private woodland and meadow within North Devon's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a short stroll from Hartland village and Quay. The luxury glamping site features two treehouses and a converted cowshed, offering the perfect setting for romantic getaways, family holidays, and dog-friendly stays. The site has earned numerous accolades, including Gold Awards from Visit England, the South West Tourism Awards, and the Devon Tourism Awards, with special recognition for its commitment to ethical, responsible, and sustainable tourism. It also holds Green Tourism Gold status. Guests can customize their experience with options like private dining, relaxing massages, homemade pizzas, and unlimited popcorn.
Guests can explore the 20 acres of picturesque trails, winding through wildflower meadows, woodlands, and alongside the river. Hartland village, just a 10-minute walk away, offers pubs, shops, and a pottery, while Pattard Restaurant is a mere 5-minute stroll. For those seeking coastal beauty, Hartland Quay, with its dramatic cliffs, scenic walks, and small beach, is just 3 miles away. Within a 15-mile radius, you'll find a selection of beautiful beaches, including Sandymouth, Westward Ho!, and Summerleaze. A 15-minute walk down the valley leads to Hartland Abbey and Gardens, a stately home set in a stunning location on the northwest Devon coast. Nearby Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets and charming fishing cottages, has been named the most Instagrammable village in the UK. Food lovers will be delighted by the array of top-rated restaurants in the area. For adventure seekers, activities abound, including the Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, The Big Sheep family attraction, a honey farm, wakeboarding and aquapark, surfing, cycling, and hiking.
