Fresh and inviting, the open-plan living space features a newly fitted kitchen, sumptuous sofa and café style table and chairs to the front. Stairs lead to an open-style airy double bedroom, a cosy sanctuary with a stylish ensuite shower room.
Home to the famous Sidmouth Folk Festival where the town comes to life with a festive atmosphere and a diverse line-up of events this is the place to stay to make the most of walking trails and access to The South West Coastal Path. You’ll find two beautiful beaches for lazy days by the coast as well as kayak and paddle board hire for those wishing to explore the dramatic coastline by water. Away from the coast, Bicton Park Botanical Gardens offers a laid-back day out with 64 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens to explore.

The Living room is accessed directly from the front door and is open-plan to the kitchen and dining areas.
There is a comfortable sofa bed to seat two, a flat screen TV and side table.

The Kitchen is open-plan to the living area and has fully fitted units with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster.
Dining Area
A small high-level table is at the front of the cottage by the window, with two bar stools.
Master Bedroom
Upstairs open style bedroom with double bed, side tables and lamps plus a fitted wardrobe/storage space.
Ensuite
*Sofa bed sleeping one child within the living room
Family Bathroom
Fully tiled ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC, sink with vanity unit, mirror and heated towel rail.
Parking
A parking permit is provided for one vehicle within the Mill Street car park which is less than 100 meters away from the cottage
