The Linhay is a luxury, detached barn conversion on the grounds of the owner's farm, in the middle of the Devonshire countryside, in Cadeleigh near Tiverton. This all-ground floor property (There are a few steps up onto the Porch) has two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin beds, sleeping a total of four guests. The property also features an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and seating area with French doors that lead onto a terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area (bring your own) and private hot tub. There is off-road parking available. The Linhay is the ideal escape to the tranquil Devon countryside.

Cyclists can enjoy the 8-mile route along the canal towards the Somerset border, while walkers can relish exploring the rolling hills and moorland of the Exmoor National Park.
